Návrh technologického postupu stavebních prací apartmánového komplexu v Krkonoších

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to properly prepare the building apartment complex design and technological process design work associated with construction. Construction drawings and technological progress of the truss structure design are solved in this thesis. Further is determinated the expected price of the building and construction time schedule.

The building is located in the cadastral territory of Černý důl, Trutnov district. This is the construction of apartment complex serving people for recreation. The supporting structure of the building consists of reinforced concrete skeleton. The building has 3 floors and an attic in the pitched roof.

There are 15 apartments situated in the building, 6 of them are designed as a duplex. There is a reception, a bike and a ski room, utility room and part intended for staff. The staircase is the main communication space connecting each floor.
