Abstract

The theses deals with a concept of a duplex family house in Razova. The aim of this concept is to design a family house which offers to both families enough privacy yet the feeling of the community. The design of the house follows the appearance of the local buildings, using the most of its interior in respect to the cardinal points, the steep land and the neighbour lands. This work elaborates the drafting documentation of the realization of this building.
