Požárně bezpečnostní rizika fotovoltaických systémů v kontextu právních předpisů a technických norem

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the fire safety risks of photovoltaic systems in the context of current legal regulations and technical standards in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the principles of functioning of photovoltaic power plants (PVP), their components, legal regulations and technical standards, where the requirements of the ČSN P 73 0847 standard are further analyzed in detail. Subsequently, an analysis of PVP fires for the year 2024 is conducted, and the most common deficiencies in the design and implementation phases are identified through interviews with industry experts. The practical part of the thesis introduces a methodical tool in the form of a Checklist for fire safety designers and its subsequent application in the development of a model fire safety design for a specific primary school building.
