Abstract

The thesis is focused on an objective comparison offers corporate accounts and investment loans from selected banks for a particular business entity. The work is divided into two larger units and theoretical, which describes the theoretical bases of selected areas of banking issues, historical development, legal requirements, banking structure after joining the European Union, its basic principles, selected banking products, the method of pairwise comparison and performance, including its client requirements and preferences. The practical part is focused on the performance of selected banking institutions including offers corporate accounts and investment loans. Based on the analysis parameters and parameters of corporate accounts, corporate loans with a summary and recommendations for a particular client, including comparison of the advantages offers individual financial institutions.
