Abstract

The thesis “Decision-Making Among Students in the Finance and Accounting Program When Choosing a Future Employer” examines the field of decision-making and the individual factors that may influence college students in their choices. The theoretical section defines the basic concepts of the decision-making process, outlines the individual phases of the process, and identifies the factors that can influence these decisions. The practical section is divided into two parts. The first focuses on the analysis of decision-making and the factors that may influence university students in their future choice of employer. The second practical part focuses on the analysis of students’ decision-making from the perspective of employers’ opinions. The theoretical section employs a descriptive approach, while the practical sections utilize methods of analysis, comparison, practical application, and mathematical-statistical methods.
