Stanislav Endel The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a new use of the already abandoned restaurant in Dolní Benešov. After examining the site and the detailed knowledge of the site itself, two variants will be proposed, one of which will be elaborated in more detail. The main criterion for selecting a more suitable option will be economic intensity. Proposals will comply with all currently valid legal regulations, technical standards and will take into account all limits related to the object.
