Abstract

This work is elaborated on the base of theoretical and practical knowledge so that it describes process of legal execution to all parties, which are involved in both legal judicial and judicial enactment execution process. The main goal of this work is to describe state of the judicial practice when proceeding judicial enactment execution. It summarizes former (not complete) findings in judicial practice in connection to Execution Act.
