Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is a further analysis of statistical proces control methods. In the first part of this thesis the methods are closer described and explained in the context of a manufacturing process. The second part of the thesis is an attempt to create a software for real data analysis using statistical process control methods described in the first part. Primarly determining process stability and capability by applying selected SPC tools.
