Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on job satisfaction of employees in one of the branch of the company Saunia Ltd. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate overall satisfaction of employees and their satisfaction with the certain factors. The theoretical part contains defined concepts of job satisfaction. Next, the company, where the job satisfaction is determined by the questionnaire survey, is characterized. The practical part is focused on analysis of data from the questionnaire survey. In conclusion there are proper solutions suggested, which can increase total job satisfaction of employees in the company.
