Abstract
The main focus is on evaluation of the quality of services. Two ways of evaluation are used - satisfaction experienced by the customers and well-set system of control. The goal of this thesis was to check whether the results of control are used by managers of Czech Post in their future decision making and to suggest and recommend the managers suitable solutions if deficiencies occured.
