Projekt pro provedení stavby hotelu

Abstract

The aim of the graduation diploma thesis was the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of the hotel building. It is a three-storey building used for short-term accommodation of the guests and part of them is their catering. On the first floor there is a work area, a kitchen, a dining room with a bar for guests. On the second and third floors there are rooms with own sanitary facilities and a room for sports use. The supporting structure of the hotel building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton system, the filling of which is made of ceramic blocks. The diploma thesis is written according to notice 499/2006, asmended notice 62/2013 sb. about documentation of buildings. Part of the graduation theses are technical reports, thermal engineering assessments of structures, energy label of building envelope, drawing documentation and static design and calculation of foundation foot. The construction is designed to serve purpose in terms of operation, economy and aesthetics.
