Abstract

The thesis deals with a Financing of Ownership Housing in the Czech Republic. The theme is based on the fact that everyone feels the need to live with this issue is certainly encounter in life. The work is focused on the analysis of the housing market in the Czech Republic and their purchase price. It also represents the market for financial products to secure housing. The aim of the thesis in his practical part to calculate the model home options, how to solve their housing situation with a mortgage or loan from the building society. The theoretical part is aimed at clarifying the fundamental concepts in housing and characteristics of the State housing Policy of the Czech Republic.
