Zlepšování procesů kontroly a uvolňování plastových dílů do výroby

Abstract

Main target of this thesis is to analyze the current condition of processes of inspection and approval processes of plastic parts in production, to identify opportunities for improvement and to propose actions to improve the processes. The theoretical part explains the perception of quality, continuous improvement and describes the requirements of the automotive industry. Attention is paid to methods of continuous improvement, namely DMAIC methodics by which it is described practical part. The practical part is an analysis of current approaches to inspect and approve of plastic parts into production in terms of automotive suppliers. There is an analysis of unreleased production "at the first time" for the evaluated period and the main causes, identification of weak points and implementation of improvements including verifying their efficacy.
