Abstract
This thesis focuses on the design of three-phase asynchronous electric motor with high efficiency, which will satisfy the requirements of IEC 60034-30 - 1.
The first part is fokused calculation produced an electromagnetic motor. This engine is
a length of the packet stator and rotor 0,665 m, which achieves an efficiency of 95,8%.
In another part is the analytic calculation engine with the current dimensions to verify the production of machine parameters with the final comparison engine actually produced and the values calculate with using literature from Mr. Kopylov.
Another chapter was conceived the kind of approximate computing software from Ansys Maxwell. Describes the operating principles of the finite element method and mainly focuses on the superstructure of the program for the calculation of an induction machine, program RMxprt. Chapter outlines the possibilities of optimizing variables to improve the energy ratio of the engine, such as the geometric dimensions of the machine.
The final chapters describe the peculiarities of the currently manufactured engine alone modeling tools in the RMxprt and means to reduce losses in the induction motor together with the possible combinations of modifications to improve energy efficiency.
