Rodinný dům v Hruškovém sadu, Ostrava - Muglinov

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a residential housing development and preparation for detail design documentation at a plot no. 306/42 in the district of Ostrava - Muglinov, in accordance with a “vyhláška č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb ve znění vyhlášky č. 62/2013 Sb. a vyhlášky č. 405/2017 Sb.“ The basis for the bachelor's thesis is an architectural study made in the Architectural Design I (1A. Design of a family or terraced house in the area of "Hruškový Sad") - academic year 2020/2021 winter semester, supervised by Ing. arch. et Ing. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D.. This study was later reworked in the Studio Design V - academic year 2022/2023 winter semester, led by Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D.. And with the assistance of a consultant, developed to the level of detail design documentation for building permit. The work contains a part of the detail design documentation with accompanying technical report and attachments, all prepared within the specified range and in accordance with the assignment. Specialization of the bachelor's thesis is architecture.
