Hospodaření a reprodukce majetku městského obvodu

Abstract

My thesis is focused on management and reproduction of the City District Lhotka which is a part of County Corporate Ostrava. Theoretical part deals with management general principles of communities in the Czech Republic. There are definitions of sphere of activities of communities, descriptions of community authorities and budget of senatorial independent districts. It is also focused on statement of book depreciations owing to the categorization of long-term asset and its categorization into depreciation groups. In my practical part there is the analysis of the management of chosen District and on the basis of found out amount of annual breakdowns there is the evaluation whether City District is able to provide sufficient recovery of assets from own sources.
