The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of key performance indicators in a selected business company. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the theory of controlling, the evaluation of performance indicators and a financial analysis. The selected company is introduced in the practical part and is analyzed in the area of selected key indicators. The selected company is ZK Design a. s. The company is mainly engaged in metal production.
