Abstract

The main theme of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the wage system and the employee benefits in a chosen corporation. The goal of the theoretical part is to provide basic information considering the wage system and the motivation of employees. Basic forms of wages, types of employment relationship and types of motivation are explained. The second part of the thesis deals with providing employee benefits and their accounting. The final part covers the analysis of the wage system as well as the employee benefits in the chosen corporation.
