Ekonomické vyhodnocení přechodu ohřevu v kovárenských pecích na zemní plyn se zohledněním snížení emisí CO2

Abstract

In the first part of my thesis I introduce the company VÍTKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP, including the organisation divisions and its main industrial producs. Subsequently, I will focus on the cost center called Forge. In the second part I deal with the theoretical problems of forge furnaces where there is a descriprion of the individual furnaces and their fuel and also a brief description of the reconstruction executed in the cost center Forge. At the end of the second part I address the problems of air pollution. In the final part of my thesis I will make an economic evaluation of the change of the fuel in the forge furnaces. This fuel change concerns the substitution of mixed gas for natural gas. Then I will carry out the calculation of carbon dioxide emissions when using mixed gas and later on when using natural gas as the fuel for forge furnaces.
