Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the process of establishing a limited liability company (s.r.o.) and commencing its business activities in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part discusses fundamental concepts related to entrepreneurship, legal forms of business, the specifics of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the importance of a business plan. The practical part is devoted to a specific case study of founding the company Webovision s.r.o., which specializes in website development and digital services. It provides a detailed description of the individual steps involved in establishing the company – from drafting the articles of association, opening a bank account, and registering a trade license to the entry into the Commercial Register. The thesis also includes the development of a comprehensive business plan, incorporating a Lean Canvas model, financial planning, and an evaluation of the company’s viability.
