Abstract
In my thesis here I described theoretical concepts relevant to the diagnosis and appreciation of a company financial situation. The analytical part was then applied to the diagnostics business company interStroj, a. s.
Of the many methods of diagnosing the financial health of the company here has focused on comprehensive financial analysis method that provides a fast, yet reliable analytical tool of financial decision-making venture.
The overall diagnostic analysis showed that the company is sufficiently strong, financial healthy, competitive, growing well and opened up a business entity that creates value for its owner. Also drawn concerns, their scope and subsequent suggestions and recommendations.
