Abstract

Abstrakt The aim of this thesis titled "Research of employee satisfaction with communication in an organization" was to evaluate communication in a selected organization. In the theoretical part of this work, I focused on describing the social and internal communication. Data needed for internal communication analysis has been obtained by using one of the methods of sociological surveys - questionnaire. These questionnaires were given to the manager and distributed to the subordinates. I have established the communication barrier from the results of the survey and the knowledge gained through the theoretical part. According to these data, I created an analysis and suggested a precautions for improving the effectiveness of communication in a selected section of this organization. One of the proposed measure is the introduction of anonymous mailbox to inform the leading about problems and proposals for improvement. Leader should also be more focused on the expressions of praise and recognition for his subordinates.
