Abstract
Thesis is devoted to the issue of the management of extractive waste. It deals with the basic legislative principles laid down by the European Community and in the manner and form of the adoption of these principles to the Czech legislation. At the same time, this thesis deals with the characteristics of the extractive waste, processing, and then features of waste from various těžařských industry. In particular, from the extraction and modification of coal, sand and stone.
