Hodnocení dopadů závažných havárií s ohledem na havarijní plánování

Abstract

Emergency planning in the close vicinity of upper-tier Seveso establishments is important part of the civil protection. Risk analysis and risk assessment efforts conducted within major accident prevention are essentials for adopting the preventive measures, but in some cases they are not suitable for emergency planning purposes. There are other suitable approaches such as determination of the emergency planning zone. This theses focuses on analysis of methods to assess impacts of major accidents for better implementation for emergency planning. It also focuses on analysis of accident phenomenon, methods to model their effects and to methods to harmonize assessment of this effects on humans.
