Legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti a možnosti jejich odčerpávání

Abstract

Presented thesis is focused on the legalization of the proceeds from the crime. The aim of the theoretical part is to give an overview of the basic concepts related to this issue and of the description of legalization itself. There are processed statistical data related to the securing and subsequent withdrawal of these revenues in practical part. The conclusion includes suggestions and recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the confiscation of proceeds from the crime.
