Finanční analýza metalurgického podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. in the years 2009 - 2011. Materials for processing financial analysis and the balance sheet and the profit and loss account in the period 2009 - 2011. The purpose of this thesis is a discovery of firm´s weak sides in the area of financial economy, to suggest a recommendation for remedy and to generally assess its economic situacion. The first part of the thesis describes a brief description of the company. The content of the second part of the theoretical definition financial analysis and subsequent application of theoretical knowledge in practice. These suggestion and recommendations, together with the overall evaluation are included in the last part.
