Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of employee recruitment and selection process in PROMONT, a.s. Company. In the theoretical-methodical part, the basic terms, thoughts and current and future trends in the field of human resource management are explained by means of literary research. Then, the approaches, principles and methods used for employee recruitment and selection process are introduced. In the application-verification part, the selected company is described, including the subject of business, production possibilities and competitive advantages. Consequently, the current employee recruitment and selection process is analyzed by the segmentation into particular steps. In the final section, there is a list of specific proposals and recommendations for elimination of identified deficiencies and streamlining of the entire process.
