The bachelor's thesis deals with the heating of a family house in Václavovice, using an air/water heat pump. The work is divided into two parts. The first part, the architectural and construction solution, contains project documentation for the construction that meets all required standards and requirements. The second part deals with the building environment part and solves the heating of a family house, including hot water heating.
The heating of a family house is designed using a combination of radiators and convectors. The main energy source for heating and hot water is an air / water heat pump. Alternatively, a condensing gas boiler is designed. The work also includes thermal technical assessment of structures, calculation of heat losses of the building and making an energy performance certificate for buildings.
