Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the safety in mining resort, and gives us a completed overview of the development in the present and also in European directives. It describes the process of unification of our legal system in the resort of safety in mining under European law. First of all I have focused on describing the beginnings of mining on our territory, which is documented sometimes in the beginning of the thirteen centuary. Futher it describes the development of safety regulations together with the development of the society and modern science. It also clearly describe the development of injury and other extraordinary events. It also include the comparison of the maturity of our safety at work place with other world mining areas. At the end is described the integration process of our law with the european law.
