Abstract
This thesis is dedicated to design of project for residential building reconstruction with smart features. For its design will be used the newest control system from Siemens. Thanks to this design will be possible to control lights, heating, ventilation and blinds. Current installation is simple without intelligent features, ventilation and control of temperature for each room. I choose system with programmable logic controller because I gained lot of practice with them during my individual training in company and I wanted to improve in their design and programming. During my study I completed the course for bus system KNX with which I will be comparing my design and in which I was seeking for inspiration. At the end I want to implement system for monitoring of electrical and thermal energy consumption to make comparing of current and future data easier. Also then I will be able to compare consumption after reconstruction and consider use of more ecologic sources of energy.
