Abstract

The goal is to propose recommendations and improvements to the preparation of crisis management in the Czech Republic, which is based on the comparison of this act in two European countries, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Czech Republic. The introduction describes the crisis management systems in both countries compared. In the next section are based on a comparison of different systems of crisis management authorities exercises to propose changes for the Czech Republic.
