Abstract

Diplomová práca obsahuje vypracovanú projektovú dokumentáciu Hotela vrátane technickej správy v stupni pre prevedenie stavby. Objekt tvoria tri nadzemné podlažia s čiastočne podpivničeným podzemným podlažím v pôdorysnom tvare obdĺžnika, ukončený plochou vegetačnou strechou s extenzívnou zeleňou. Diplomová práca zahrňuje statický výpočet železobetónového schodiska, tepelne technické posudky konštrukcii, akustické posudky významných konštrukcii a energetický štítok budovy podľa aktuálnych znení stavebných noriem.

The diploma thesis contains elaborated project documentation of the Hotel, including the technical report in the stage for building construction. The building consists of three above-ground floors with a partially basement underground floor in the shape of a rectangle, finished with a flat vegetation roof with extensive greenery. The diploma thesis includes static calculation of reinforced concrete staircase, thermal technical assessments of structures, acoustic assessments of significant structures and energy label of the building according to the current wording of building standards.
