Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the process of control of nonconforming
products in a metalworking company and to get acquainted with processes such as conformity
assesment and corrective measures since those are closely related to the matter at hand.
Afterwards apply some of the quality management tools such as Ishikawa diagram and Pareto
chart because those make it possible to identify the most severe deficiencies of the process of
control of nonconforming products in the company Kovona System a.s. which mostly deals
with metalworking. Then to describe what these deficiencies cause and suggest solutions of
these deficiencies that could contribute to the improvement of this process.
