The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the construction and technical solution for a family house heating system using a condensing gas boiler and an air-to-water heat pump. The first option will use a gas condensing boiler with a built-in hot water tank as the heating source, while the second option will use an air-to-water heat pump, consisting of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit with a built-in hot water tank. In both cases, the heating systems are designed as closed circuits with forced water circulation. The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts: the construction part includes project documentation that meets the required standards and requirements for technical assessment of building structures, while the technical part includes proposals for the heat source and calculation of the heat output for both heating sources. The thesis contains detailed calculations using specialized software. An energy label for the building envelope is also included in the thesis.
