Abstract
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the technological procedure for the implementation of vertical structures of the apartment building in the 1st floor and the associated project documentation for the building permit, time schedule and sub-budget. Most of the perimeter masonry in the 1.PP is reinforced with a horizontal MURFOR reinforcement. The entire construction is solved in the POROTHERM brick system. The building is approximately rectangular with three floors. 1.PP serves as garages and technical rooms for increasing the comfort of living. In the 1st floor there are two living units divided by a staircase. 2.NP is identical to 1st floor. The land is moderately sloping and it was used in the architectural design of the apartment house, so the main entrance to the building is located on the upper north-east side of the slope accessible from Nad Potokem street and the entrance to the garages is situated on the lower southwest side of the slope accessible by newly built access communication.
