Zhodnocení efektivity vodního hospodářství tepelné elektrárny Počerady

Abstract

The diploma thesis tries to evaluate the efficiency of water management in Počerady power plant. I mentioned history and a description of the functioning of the entire thermal power plant in individual sections for better understanding of the whole Počerady power plant. The power plant consumes a large amount of water. Therefore, water, water management and Testing laboratory are necessary parts of the power plant as important as key sections of the power plant. Water is used here for boilers supply, cooling and floating of slag and ash. For this reason, the work focuses on several aspects. One of them is the evaluation of the quality and quantity of raw water used. Another monitored aspect is the design of possible savings of raw water in the capture of rainwater and its use in the production of additional feed water. In conclusion, these waters were examined in the Počerady Testing laboratory according to selected quality indicators.
