Abstract

In the present work is a proposal to reconstruction screeners secondary circuit technology lines quarry Valšov I, including drawing representation of the current and future state after restoration. The first part is approached characteristic sites of interest and an analysis of the issue. Another part is focused on conceptual and technical design solutions reconstruction screens. The performed tests and render the grain size of the feed conveyor belt to the classifier using the granulometric curve. The specific proposal for the operational implementation of the quarry, whose aim is to design a complete reconstruction of the secondary circuit screeners technological lines quarry Valšov I described in the last chapter of this work. The actual conclusion assesses the economic reconstruction of the complexity of the sorter.
