Strategický rozvoj pobočky auditorské společnosti

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the strategic development of a newly established branch of an auditing firm located in Ostrava, which was opened in September 2023 as the eighth branch within the company’s existing network. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current position of the branch, assess the existing strategy, and propose suitable strategic approaches for its future development, based on the application of selected strategic analysis methods. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to auditing, strategic analysis, and strategy formulation. The practical part is dedicated to the application of specific analytical tools – in particular, the SPACE matrix. Based on the results obtained, the final section of the thesis presents concrete strategic recommendations intended to support the further positive development of the new Ostrava branch.
