Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the parcel transport of dangerous goods and the associated legal requirements for road transport in the Czech Republic and the European Union, with focus on special transport regimes described in the ADR Agreement, namely the dangerous goods packed in limited quantities regime and limited quantity per transport unit regime. It also includes a draft methodological guideline, prepared to increase the safety of parcel transport. The aim is to contribute to increasing the efficiency of fulfilling obligations and providing a tool for increasing safety.
