Abstract
The important presumption for a successful company development is a strategy, preparation and realization of projects that the company implements. The important tool is a business plan that convinces the management about its success.
The diploma thesis focuses on realization of an investment plan, specifically for building a filling station CNG in CSAD Karvina, a.s. The theoretical part includes general knowledge of investments and investment decisions. The investment plan is described in the practical part.
