Studium interakce vysoce-entropických slitin se žáruvzdorným materiálem

Abstract

This thesis defines solutions and their thermodynamic properties. This knowledge is linked to the definition of high-entropy alloys. The study focuses on the interaction between phases; therefore, it also examines the phases and processes occurring at the interphase boundary. Samples of two high-entropy alloys were measured on selected corundum-based refractory substrates. Their mutual interaction is subsequently evaluated based on surface wettability and scanning electron microscopy analyses with energy-dispersive spectroscopy. The analysis revealed that significant interaction does indeed occur between the alloy and the refractory substrate, particularly during thermal stress in a vacuum. This finding is quite significant, as corundum mold forms are used in the casting of high-entropy alloys.
