Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis "Family house with food store" is to create a project documentation for the realization of a family house situated in the village Hnojník. The polyfunctional building is designed to complement the new line of terraced houses, became a necessary part of the street corridor and raise potential of this location. The building is situated in the neighborhood of family houses, kindergarten, city park and railway line. After analysis of the surroundings come a design for the building, which consists of two floors, each with a different function. On the first floor is situated small healthy food store, which is forming the entrance parterre of street corridor. On the second floor is a family house with pulled out cantilever to the street, designed primarily for housing for young family of four, creating easy access to the store and overal, clarity operating between functions. The foundations for the preparation of this document are urban and architectural studies from Atelier creation I and documentation for the building permit from Atelier creation Va.
