Abstract

The theoretical part of bachelor thesis contains explanation of importance of employee ralations, rights and duties of employees and employers, rules during negotiations between employer and trade unions and work discipline and conflicts on working places. This part is also devoted to difficult working and human relations in companies and company culture which also has influence on behaviour performance of employees. In practical part of this thesis there the main problematic areas of employee relations are defined and also recommendation of arrangements for their solution are mentioned based on practices on the basis of working experiences in the area of personal management.
