Abstract

The thesis „Theoretical and Practical Aspects of Remuneration System in Education“ is focused on the issue of remuneration of teaching staff in primary school. The second part is focused on summary of the theory and basic concepts in education. The third part is devoted to particular primary school, teachers and pay scales. In the fourth, practical part is focused on evaluation system of remuneration primary school, budget and reporting levies for the year 2015. The aim of the thesis is to analyze in detail the possibilities of evaluation and remuneration of employees in education using the example of a primary school.
