Rehabilitační a wellnes centrum v Opavě

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je projekt REHABILITAČNÍHO A WELLNESS CENTRA V OPAVĚ, umístěný přímo v centru města v blízkosti Horního náměstí. V Ateliérové tvorbě III. byla řešena urbanistická studie území. Byla tak navržena nová uliční fronta dělící území na 2 části od severovýchodu k jihozápadu, z Horního náměstí na ulici Popskou. V západním vnitrobloku byl umístěn park navazující na okolí opticky klamajícími podchody. Na tuto studii navazovala architektonická studie stavby wellness v Ateliérové tvorbě IV. Stavba byla umístěna do jižní části západního bloku, parter řešen komerčními plochami, budova v patře propojena pro účely wellness. Cílem dle zadání bakalářské práce je částečná dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Dále je řešen architektonický detail dřevěné sluneční a pohledové clony atria situovaného do parku, v 1. NP.

The theme of this bachelor project is REHABILITATION AND WELLNESS CENTER IN OPAVA situated in center of the city near the Horní square. The urban study of the place was done in the Architecture Design Studio III. There was new street zone designed which is to divide this area in two parts from northeast to southwest, from Horní square to Popská street. At the west side of the courtyard a park which continues to the surrounding by optical illusion underpasses was situated. The urban study was followed by another architectural study of the wellness building in the Architecture Design Studio IV. The building was situated at the south part of the west block, parterre was resolved by commercial areas, the building on the first storey was connected for the purpose of wellness. The target of this bachelor project is a part of a documentation for the implementation of the construction. The next part is an architectural detail of wooden anti-solar and anti-facing screen at the atrium with view from the first storey to the park.
