Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with marketing research on customer satisfaction of products of a selected company. Customer satisfaction is found as a result of interrogating.
The thesis consist of two parts. The first part, a theoretical part, is focused on the theory of marketing research, marketing, history and the aim of marketing research as well as the brief presentation of a company. The second one includes the process of the whole questionnaire survey, its preparation, evaluation and results as well as suggestions and recommedations for improving customer satisfaction.
