Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to describe and analyse adaptation processes in the company Výstaviště Flora Olomouc, a.s. In the theoretical part of this thesis, there were forms and each phase of adaptation, managing of adaptation processes followed by a check-up described. The adaptation was introduced as a process managed by a programme, determined by a certain time plan.
The practical part introduced the company Výstaviště Flora Olomouc, a.s., described and reviewed the situation of adaptation process in the organisation. To gain information useful to create this evaluation, methodology of questioning, in the concrete methods of interview and questionnaire was used.
At the end of this work there were proposed and recommended proceedings leading to the improvement of adaptation processes in the company. It was proposed greater inclusion of mentors work in the process of adaptation of the new employee and to add more information in the brochure for employees with emphasis on visions and aims of the company. It was also recommended to focus on continuous adaptation when carrying out new work tasks with the interest of increasing the team conception of performed job.
