Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on training employee recruitment and selection. In its first part deals with the theoretical base of recruitment and selection, from which come out later in the processing of the second part. The main objective of the second part, in consultation with the leaders, ordinary workers, especially to identify gaps in provision and employee recruitment and selection in society and CK Juhász, for the purpose of making proposals to improve and streamline the current situation.
