Abstract
The thesis is focused on an analysis of business environment and its influence on tax debts origination by legal entities in reference to valid legislation. The second aim of the work is to introduce the possibilities of claiming the tax debts by tax administrator with a proposal of more efficient solution of claiming tax debts by legal entities.
