Srovnání výdajů vybrané skupiny obcí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice výdajů obcí. Cílem této práce bylo porovnat a zhodnotit výdaje obce s výdaji vybrané skupiny obcí ve sledovaném období. Jejím obsahem je teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část se skládá z deskripce pojmů spojených s řešenou problematikou, kterými jsou například samospráva, obec a výdaje. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou výdajů obcí dle druhového a odvětvového třídění rozpočtové skladby, kde na základě získaných informací dochází k porovnání a zhodnocení zvolených výdajů obce s výdaji vybrané skupiny obcí ve sledovaném období.

This bachelor‘s thesis is devoted to the issue of municipal expenditures. The aim of this thesis was to compare and evaluate municipal expenditures with the expenditures of a selected group of municipalities in the monitored period. Its content is theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of a description of the concepts related to the problem under study, which are, for example, local government, municipality and expenditure. The practical part deals with the analysis of municipal expenditures according to the type and sectoral classification of the budget composition, where, on the basis of the information obtained, the selected expenditures of the municipality are compared and evaluated with the expenditures of the selected group of municipalities in the monitored period.
